The questions are "how is it paid for", "who has access", and "who decides who gets coverage for what"?<BR/>I would suggest that the first should be "the society via tax revenues, such as a Medicare-for-all plan", the second is "everyone", and the third is "we decide as a society what medical needs are covered and everyone has access to care for them."
